2. Description of Service

BeQuit is a smoking cessation support app that provides tools for tracking your smoke-free progress, health recovery milestones, savings calculations, achievement gamification, and community features. BeQuit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
• One person may only maintain one account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

BeQuit offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective platform's policies.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their refund policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users in community features
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute spam or harmful content through social features

6. Health Disclaimer

BeQuit is a support tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Health recovery timelines and statistics are based on general medical research and may vary by individual. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical guidance on smoking cessation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including design, code, images, mascot artwork, and achievement badges — are owned by BeQuit and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeQuit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
