BeQuit

Stop smoking.
Start living.

You are getting the money, the hours, the mornings and your sense of taste back. BeQuit counts every one of them from the second you start.

Your numbers, not an average.

One quit, in order

What the numbers do over time.

The same two screens at nine points along one quit. Every figure is arithmetic from a pack price and a date.

I found it much easier to quit when i focused in what i was gaining by stopping, rather than trying to do this from a place of what i was losing or missing out on. I no longer smoke for over three years. However I have tried and not managed yet to give up diet Coke! 😂

Wanting it more has never been the problem.

  • Willpower runs out by 3pm
  • Day 8 rewrites history
  • You forget your own pattern
  • Apps count days, not what you gained

A quit counter that shows you what you are getting back.

Most apps count the days you have survived. BeQuit counts what those days actually bought you, because the days are the hard part and the payoff is the part nobody tells you about.

The clock

One number, and it never lies.

Your smoke-free time runs from the last cigarette you logged, to the second. No streak to protect and no badge to lose, just the honest count of how long it has actually been.

The proof

The money stops leaving.

Cigarettes never smoked, money still in your account, hours handed back. All of it calculated from your own pace and your own pack price, not an average of somebody else.

The hard minute

Something to do at 11pm.

A craving passes in minutes. Getting through those minutes is the whole skill, so BeQuit hands you one next move: a breathing rhythm, a written thought, or a game for your hands.

If it happens

One cigarette does not undo your month.

Log it and the clock restarts from that moment. Everything before it stays exactly where it is: the money you kept, the cigarettes you avoided, the days you already did. Nothing resets to zero, because nothing about those days stopped being true.

What comes back

Your body starts on this the moment you stop.

Standard public health recovery figures, not our research and not a promise about you. BeQuit marks each one as you reach it.

48 hours

Nerve endings regrow. Smell and taste start coming back.

72 hours

Nicotine is out. Bronchial tubes relax and breathing eases.

1 year

Coronary heart disease risk drops to about half a smoker's.

Questions

The honest answers.

Is BeQuit free?

BeQuit is a paid subscription with everything included: the tracker, the tools, the course and the weekly recap. There is no free tier that quietly withholds the part you need at 11pm.

What happens if I smoke one?

You log it, and the clock restarts from that moment. Everything before it stays exactly where it is: the money you kept, the cigarettes you avoided, the days you did. A slip is information about a moment, not a verdict on you, and it never wipes your history.

How does BeQuit calculate the money?

From what you actually told it: how much you smoked, what a pack costs where you live, and how long it has been. Every figure traces back to your own inputs, so you can check the arithmetic yourself.

Do I have to pick a quit date?

No. The clock starts whenever you decide it does, and you can move it later if you started before you downloaded the app.

Is it available on Android?

Yes. BeQuit is on Google Play as well as the App Store. The iPhone version is further ahead, so a few things land there first.

Your clock starts whenever you decide it does.

It could be this evening. It could be right now.
