The guide and the app, one subscription
Stop smoking.
Start living.
Quitting does not fail across your whole life. It fails in a handful of moments, and they are the same ones every time. The BeQuit Method finds yours, changes what surrounds them, and then counts everything that comes back.

One quit, in order
What the numbers do over time.
The same two screens at nine points along one quit. Every figure is arithmetic from a pack price and a date.
“I found it much easier to quit when i focused in what i was gaining by stopping, rather than trying to do this from a place of what i was losing or missing out on. I no longer smoke for over three years. However I have tried and not managed yet to give up diet Coke! 😂”
Wanting it more has never been the problem.
- Willpower runs out by 3pm
- Day 8 rewrites history
- You forget your own pattern
- Apps count days, not what you gained
The method
Quitting does not fail everywhere at once.
It fails in about six places, and they are the same six every time: the first one of the day, the work break, the bad afternoon, the one somebody offers you, the morning after a slip, and the week you decide you have proved you can handle one.
Step 1
Notice
Before you change anything, log what is already happening. Which hour, what was going on, what you were doing with your hands. A week of that and the pattern is on the page instead of in your head.
Step 2
Change the conditions
Not the willpower, the room. Move the packet, take the coffee somewhere else, give your hand something to hold at the exact moment it goes looking. Friction beats resolve, because friction does not get tired.
Step 3
Count what comes back
The money, the hours, the mornings, your sense of taste at forty-eight hours. Every figure from your own pace and your own pack price, so you can check the arithmetic yourself.
None of it asks you to want it more. The wanting is not the part that runs out.
What comes back
Your body starts on this the moment you stop.
Standard public health recovery figures, not our research and not a promise about you. BeQuit marks each one as you reach it.
48 hours
Nerve endings regrow. Smell and taste start coming back.
72 hours
Nicotine is out. Bronchial tubes relax and breathing eases.
1 year
Coronary heart disease risk drops to about half a smoker's.
What you get
Two things, one price.
No tiers, no upgrade waiting behind the thing you actually needed.
The guide
The BeQuit Method
The whole approach written down: how to find the few moments that keep repeating, what to change around each one, and what comes back as you go. Yours the moment you subscribe, readable on any device, no app required.
The app
Everything, nothing held back
The clock, the money, the hours handed back, the craving tools, the course and the weekly recap. There is no free tier quietly withholding the part you need at 11pm, and no upgrade to buy later.
Inside the app
What you open every day.
The clock
One number, and it never lies.
Your smoke-free time runs from the last cigarette you logged, to the second. No streak to protect and no badge to lose, just the honest count of how long it has actually been.

The proof
The money stops leaving.
Cigarettes never smoked, money still in your account, hours handed back. All of it calculated from your own pace and your own pack price, not an average of somebody else.

The hard minute
Something to do at 11pm.
A craving passes in minutes. Getting through those minutes is the whole skill, so BeQuit hands you one next move: a breathing rhythm, a written thought, or a game for your hands.

Questions
The honest answers.
What do I actually get for the subscription?
Two things. The BeQuit Method guide, which arrives immediately and is yours to read on any device, and the full app with nothing held back. One price, $14.99 per month, everything included.
Is there a free trial?
No. There is no trial and no free tier. You subscribe, the guide arrives, and the app unlocks.
How do I open the app after paying here?
You get a code by email and it is shown on the confirmation page too. Install BeQuit, tap “Already purchased?” during setup, enter the email you paid with and then the code. That is the whole handover.
Is it available on Android?
Not yet. BeQuit is iPhone only for now, so this page only sells to iPhone. The Android version is being built.
What happens if I smoke one?
You log it, and the clock restarts from that moment. Everything before it stays exactly where it is: the money you kept, the cigarettes you avoided, the days you did. A slip is information about a moment, not a verdict on you, and it never wipes your history.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your billing page, and the link is in your receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The guide stays yours.
Start with the day you already have.
No trial to remember to cancel, no free tier holding back the part you need at 11pm.
